New Flower Headbands

Now, I know that when I started this blog I was going to try to crochet more boy items...
it has been such a challenge! What can I say... more people I know have had girls recently! That means I have been able to create more beautifully sweet girly crochet designs! Plus, I can't help but just love anything with pink, ruffles, or flowers. With that being said, one of my good friends is going to have a baby BOY soon!!! I am so excited!!! So... I will be crocheting some fun and funky boy designs in the near future!

Here are the two adorable headbands I made for a baby shower!
I love that they have a little stretch to them so they won't be too tight on baby's precious little head. I think I may have to make a larger version of this headband for myself!

I love this coral pink beauty!

I love the 3 blossom flowers on this...
I can't wait to make more color combinations!

I just listed them both on my Esty shop!

Catching Up w/ Cuteness!

Sorry it's been a while since I last posted, but between work, my kiddos and a little vacation I have been a little pre-occupied. :-)

This last week I have been working on a few orders... this adorable fall sweater being one of them!  I made this for a sweet friend who will be giving it to her hairdresser.  I just absolutely LOVE the way it turned out!  It was actually a little hard to give it up, but I know it will be appreciated.  That is one thing about crocheting... it is definitely a labor of love!

I had a little extra yarn so I made up a cute little flower clip to match!

I have also been working on a few headbands recently...
I LOVE to embelish my flowers to make them more unique!

I wanted to experiment with broomstick lace headbands and figured,
why not make a 4th of July headband!

I loved the way the first broomstick lace headband turned out so I wanted to try it with different sizes.  I decided to design a purple button and beaded flower headband...

I am going to be working on a few pairs of baby boy loafers and girl booties that I will post soon...

Have a great 4th of July everyone!
